The nursing program offers two options for completion.

The first option is the traditional full-time, daytime program. It is approximately 11 months in length. Classes meet Monday through Friday, with classroom hours typically 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Clinical hours for this option vary, often starting earlier in the morning with some evening hours required.

The second option is a part-time, evening program. It is approximately 19 months in length. Classes meet Monday through Thursday. Classroom hours are typically 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Clinical hours are 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. During the 3rd & 4th trimesters, some Fridays may be required.

Course content focuses on the nursing skills, theory, and professional requirements for an entry-level position as a licensed practical nurse. The program is divided into three semesters. The program comprises both theory and clinical courses.
